Do you also serve home health care / medical service?
  • At the moment we only serve the Home Care Community. We are in the process of adding new software that will include Home Health/Medical Services.
What technologies do you guys use to verify the visits?
  • We use a state-approved electronic visit verification method.
  1. We use the Mobile App technology, that uses the home attendance’s smart phone’s GPS when doing a clock-in and out.
  2. We use the telephony, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) for home attendances to call from the consumer’s personal phone.
